How to buy

The procedure of buying goods in our online shop is very simple and consists of several steps.

1. Order placement

After selecting an item, click the button Add to basket — the item will be added to your basket.

Next, if you have finished selecting an item, click the button your basket.

On the page your basket will list all the items you have selected.

In the field Quantity you can change the quantity of goods for purchase. After changing the quantity of goods you should press the button Recalculate button to recalculate the total amount of the order.

In the column Actions The following actions can be performed on each item: either remove remove the item from the basket, or postpone item for the future.

You can also enter a discount code in the appropriate field.

2. Order placement and confirmation

After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (name of the recipient, delivery address, contact details, delivery option, payment method, etc.) to place an order you need to click the button Place an order.

A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail address specified at checkout.

Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delay! Please check your personal data carefully when registering and placing an order.

Some time (usually within an hour) after making a purchase, you will be contacted by our manager using the contact details provided when placing your order. With the manager you will be able to agree the exact time and terms of delivery, as well as to clarify the details.

Note: For regular customers on the shop's website there is Registration. In your cabinet you can view the contents of your basket, the history of your orders, as well as repeat or cancel your order, subscribe to the newsletter of the shop.

3. Payment and prices

The prices shown on the website are final and do not require additional payments under standard delivery conditions. All taxes are included in the price of goods.

Attention! Only one payment method of your choice is possible for each individual order. It is not possible to pay for your order in instalments using different methods.

Possible payment methods:

• Cash payment.
  Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery or in the shop at the self-delivery. Together with the product you will receive a sales and cash voucher, as well as a warranty card.
• Payment via Sberbank.
  You can pay for your order at any Sberbank branch. For the money transfer service you will be charged from 3 to 7% of the order value, depending on the region. It will take about 10 days for the money to be transferred.
